Contracting conditions:

~The purchase and use of the Gastronomic Corner ticket is exclusively linked to the purchase of a ticket for the event and session scheduled on the day of the date of its validity.
~Each ticket corresponds to a product unit duly identified by its individualized code and must be presented for validation, in printed or digital format, at the entrance to the area reserved for the Gastronomic Corner.
~The Gastronomic Corner service is provided only during the period of time that corresponds to that established as the start and end of the intermission of the performance taking place on the day of the date in the Main Hall. Gourmet Catering & Espacios is not responsible for any delay in the access to the Gastronomic Corner by the client.
~It is not allowed to enter with drinks or food from outside.
~The Client undertakes to maintain, at all times, due diligence in the care of the facilities where the service is provided, as well as the catering service equipment and utensils, being responsible for any damage or loss that may occur.
~At the same time, the Client must maintain, at all times, respect for the other attendees with whom the space is shared, as well as the staff of Les Arts and Gourmet Catering & Espacios, being able to be required by the security service to leave the facilities, without the possibility of reimbursement, if it is considered that their conduct is inappropriate and their behavior is problematic leading to the disruption of order.
~Once the ticket has been purchased for access to and use of the Gastronomic Corner, any cancellation by the Client is non-refundable. Likewise, changes in the use of the ticket for days other than the one indicated on its validity date are not accepted.
~The ticket is personalized with the identification code of the holder of the purchase registered in the sales system, who is solely responsible for ensuring that the tickets cannot be copied or duplicated by any means.
~Duplication or acquisition of the ticket at unauthorized points of sale may prevent access to the area reserved for the service. The purchaser assumes all risks of loss before, during or after the event, and expressly declines to make any claim in this respect.
~The unique and individualized code per ticket allows only one access. If duplicate copies are detected in a service, the access control will reject all of them, and may even deny access to the original ticket.
~By purchasing a Gastronomic Corner ticket, the Client accepts the present conditions and cancellation policy.
